FWIW, it seems like my worst reflux is 3 hours after eating. I can almost set my watch by it. I have followed a very strict diet for several years, eat small meals, take Aciphex 20 mg daily, raise my bed, etc etc and still have reflux 3 hours after eating (and sometime I have week long bouts of severe chest pain). If you find some answers from your doctor about slow digestion, please post them her.
