Ginger Juice Regime

Caution: Ginger is a pungent spice. Ingesting it undiluted can result in a very spicy hot sensation to the mouth and throat. It has caused an increase of Gerd symptoms in some people; a small number have found they were hypersensitive to ginger.

Ginger root can be purchased at a Health Food Store or less expensively in a grocery store. A juicer works better than a blender for extracting the juice. Extracted juice will remain fresh for about one week if covered and placed in a refrigerator.

Ginger juice already extracted can be purchased as well.

Take one teaspoon of fresh Ginger juice every morning before eating for thirty days. (If needed, Ginger juice can be diluted with a little water until tolerable.)

The Ginger Juice Regime can be repeated as many times as necessary. To date, there are no known adverse long term effects.

No one has been able to explain why or how this remedy works for some people.
